Medical Imaging Physics Position Immediately Available

POSITION: MEDICAL IMAGING PHYSICIST

LOCATION: Hudson Valley NY / Northern NJ

We are actively seeking a qualified Diagnostic Imaging Physicist for an open position immediately available within our private practice medical physics group. This position requires an individual with expertise in diagnostic radiology and nuclear medicine. Primary duties include performance evaluations and dosimetry of diagnostic equipment, consultation in quality assurance and establishment of clinical procedures, teaching, surveys, licensing, and regulatory compliance services.

This position involves a variety of challenging tasks in a stimulating professional environment with excellent growth potential. The group currently contains approximately twenty physicists who service over one hundred hospitals and private practice clinics in the northeastern United States. Some overnight travel required. Excellent salary and fringe benefit plan. We provide full reimbursement for relocation and travel expenses, but travel expenses incurred during your first interview are not provided.

Minimum qualifications: M.S. or Ph.D. in physics or engineering, and three years experience in a clinical environment. ABR certified or eligible.

Radiation Oncology Physics Position Immediately Available

POSITION: RADIATION ONCOLOGY PHYSICIST

LOCATION: Nationwide

We are actively seeking qualified Radiation Oncology Physicists for open per diem positions immediately available within our private practice medical physics group.

  • Expertise in any area of Therapeutic Radiological Physics needed
  • Per diem
  • Hours flexible
  • Excellent salary and fringe benefit plan

This position involves a variety of challenging tasks in a stimulating professional environment with excellent growth potential. The group currently contains approximately twenty physicists who service over one hundred hospitals and private practice clinics in the northeastern United States.

Minimum qualifications:

  • M.S. or Ph.D. in physics or engineering
  • ABR or ABMP certification required
  • State license or approval may be required
  • Overnight travel required. Relocation may not be required.
